Wont connect to cloud
Tried all the DIY fixes, won’t connect to cloud. @adam Will I get a response back on this?
Looks like a factory reset was performed this can lock your account.
I’ve completed the reset and all should be well now.

I did send an email or two to support. Still waiting to hear back. I made arrangements to return the koala safe. I need tech support quicker than 1 day after inquiry.
