Warranty enquiry


My KoalaSafe has (during last week, while I was away from home) stopped working - none of the lights go on, even when I use a different USB cable and charger. It was bought Oct 30, 2017 so I assume as per Australian consumer laws, I will be entitled to a replacement/repair.

I’ve emailed to hello@koalasafe.com but have not received any reply. What is the best approach I can take to get this resolved ?
