Hi. I am running Verizon FIOS in New York. For reasons that appear to be nothing but an ugly money grab, they are forcing all users with a certain perfectly fine router to upgrade to a newer model. I recently received the new router.
I unplugged the Koalasafe from the LAN port of the old router and plugged it into the LAN port of the new router. The new router is connected exactly as the old one was. It appears to be having much trouble connecting and staying connected to the internet. I have tried factory resetting the Koala a few times. I have tried deleting the profiles in the app and then recreating. But no matter what I try, the Koala network either does not connect to the internet or does for a while and quickly starts giving “not able to connect” errors.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
