OK - frustrated… We purchased a dome to replace our old Koala. There is NO WAY that I can find to enable us to unpair the old Koala to add the Dome. I have emailed customer service 3 times - and I can’t seem to find anyone available to help! Kiddos are home from school today - may be they are closed? If you can’t set up a new Koala replacing an old one without customer support, customer support needs to be available 24/7 or you need to do something with the app to allow an unpair option! Just my opinion.
I have the new Dome all connected - I get the connected status just fine, new MAC address for Dome showing, etc. Issues - This account is paired to a different KoalaSafe. Yes, yes it is.
Anyone else have this problem??
