There’s no phone customer service so how do I get some support? Very frustrating
Make sure our email is whitelisted, as far as I can see the support tickets are awaiting replies form you.
Make sure the unit is still plugged in. I’ve initiated a remote reset.
The device was online around the time of you posted, but we haven’t see it since then.
HI Adam, your emails are not blocked. Yes, the support emails that I finally received at 3am have not been replied to.
