Second time in one month of ownership that I get message on app saying KoalaSafe Offline


I’ve had the KoalaSafe for one month. When it works, I love it. I love being able to control my kids’ access to wifi. However, this is the second time in one month that the kids say it isn’t working and the app says “KoalaSafe is no longer connected to the Cloud…”. After posting a topic the first time this happened, I received a response from Koala and it started working again (I guess maybe someone on your end fixed it somehow.) But, now it’s doing the same thing. The first light is green and the third light is red. Why does this keep happening? Why does it keep going offline? And how do I fix it when it does?
