I am like many also suffering this issue. Is there a way to reset the koala safe so I can repair it?

Hi @Jridden,

No only support can unpair devices so kids can’t take control.
It usually means it’s a second hand device or you have created multiple accounts.
Send the MAC address printed on the bottom of the device to support and they can sort it out.
