If you get the cloud disconnected message no message from the app will be received (shutdown etc) You’ll need to manually power-cycle it or press the reset button.
If you have shut it down you will need to turn off the power and turn it back on.
I would suggest trying that first, leave it for a minute or so for the message to clear.

If the power cycle doesnt help, can you ensure all cables are still secure
