No longer tracking usage

It was tracking usage just fine the first few days I installed the router but on day 3 or 4 all usage stopped being tracked. I know their on the wifi since I have checked and it even shows that they’re online via the app but no usage is being tracked… Please help! Without this feature I have no need for this.

Thanks for reporting this, we did have an issue with analytics.
Its running again and is about 10 hours behind. It should catch up within a few hours.

I have started to experience this as of this past tuesday, no usage being reported on any of my profiles even though devices are connected and being used.
