The Koalasafe is great when it works however I’m having connectivity issues every day. After configuring and using it for three days, each morning I have woken up to no internet on the Koalasafe side of the network.
Perhaps there is something I have not configured correctly? But as it stands it isn’t reliable for me to use at home…
My connection is as follows:
Internet -> cable modem wireless router -> Koalasafe -> AP with switch -> switch
The AP with switch is a TPLink router running DD-WRT with services disabled so should be acting as a switch and AP only.
The last switch is an old wireless cable modem router which again has had services disabled and is currently running only as a switch.
When it breaks I usually have internet from the wifi of the first wireless router, but Koalasafe is showing as disconnected. I don’t seem to have any internet from the Koalasafe side - Koalasafe wifi and AP are both showing, but fail to connect successfully saying no internet (iPhone client device).
Is it possible to check the logs of my Koalasafe box and see what the issue is?
