I also wanted to add for anyone that is reading this thread that all of the above is not criticism of Koala. The product has worked flawlessly for me since it’s release and it would have been nearly impossible to manage the internet with our kids without our Koala. Kola Support has always been responsive and I can’t remember experiencing an outage like the one we had this weekend ever before. …this is just to put things into perspective.
