Have tried contacting both Steven Pack & Adam Mills (co-founder).
Adam actually responded through the support email and was the one that told us to take it back to Target.
After we tried, I responded back to Adam and told them what Target said. Adam has not responded since.
I have made repeated attempts to make contact.
We finally tried through their Facebook page and it seems that we are at least getting some responses. But so far, it hasn’t been anything more than what we got from them in the beginning…take it back to Target…tell them it has a year warranty.
They’re at least still responding, so fingers are crossed that they will replace the unit directly and not keep trying to send us through Target.
