Hey Friends, I am STUMPED.
We have a KoalaSafe that was purchased from Target November 2017. Now it is totally dead – no lights come on at all.
I’ve contacted KoalaSafe FIVE TIMES and can’t get a sane response. Today finally received this: “Please return it to the place of purchase.”
You and I know that you can’t take something back to Target four months later – makes no sense.
Is this possibly a language barrier issue with Koalasafe, or a cultural misunderstanding? (At first they wouldn’t deal with me because they insisted on a KoalaSafe order number and didn’t seem to believe that this unit was NOT purchased directly from KoalaSafe).
If any has advice here I’d sure appreciate it!
