We are having a slow down on DNS for some clients. Looking into it.
Mine has been out for about 2 hours now. Have been getting a DNS on your network is being redirected message.

I tried to factory reset the KoalaSafe, Now I’m getting error: “No more information available. (-1)”
hi there. our koala safe has been down for about 2 hours now. if you go into the app all looks fine. status is connected and all filters are set to what they normally would be however it wont let me connect to any internet traffic. nothing wrong with the port on my router as i have swapped them over and the internet is working properly. please help

Is there an ETA on when this issue will be resolved. Should have a notification pushed to let all know there is an issue instead of thinking it’s on customer side issue.
UK here. Erratic problems with koalasafe this evening. Any ideas?
Koala safe not working today. Diagnostics say DNS being redirected and no http access. Factory reset didn’t help.
Same here in Utah. No internet access.
It’s down in NYC. Reset,turned off, etc. How long before it’s back up and what’s the possible problem? Thanks for any additional information. I’ve connected to my router directly so I know it’s not an issue with it (cable modem).
KoalaSafe is still down here in Northern California. @KoalaSafe : Any idea when services will be restored? Based on posts, seems it has been down for at least 3 hours today.
Adam from Koala Safe, has there been a hack in your system that is causing this. This is not the first time this has happened. As an alternative, you can use a VPN service to tunnel your traffic from KS DNS or just go thru your cable/dsl modem directly which is what I am doing.
It also appears to be down for me (in Sydney Australia).
Sad face. Broken in Montana too for a couple hours. Would be nice if Koala could send out a bulk email notifying all users of an issue. Would have saved me from wasting an hour messing with everything before it occurred to me to check this discussion board.
Agreed. This isn’t a new issue (I’ve found posts regarding similar problems going back to 2015) and so one would think that KoalaSafe would have developed some sort of communication protocol around it. But if only 19 people have posted, then perhaps it only affects a small group of people and as such, is not a priority. I hope it gets resolved soon.
