As of this morning, my devices connected to koala are not accessing the internet. The schedule is set to “on” and there are no notifications saying that I’m not connected. I’m getting blinking lights on the koala indicating that devices are connected and that koala is connecting to the internet. Devices not using koala are accessing the Wi-Fi just fine. I’ve been running koala for a few months now and feel like I’m pretty good at trouble-shooting, but this morning I’m stuck.
I’ve tried resetting the koala multiple times and I still get “there is no internet connection.” Again, devices not on Koala are accessing the internet without problems.
