As the subject says this is a first time install. Cables are all in as should be but all I get is the light sequence that means “connecting to cloud” from right to left red on green on green on, then from right to left red off green off green off. App on my Android device shows a Contact Support message as things have not gone according to plan.
Am I just being impatient lol?
I am in the UK on a Sky Fibre connection with a Sky Q Hub.
