I have just purchased a KoalaSafe, but when I access app.koalasafe.com from home (through my normal Wifi, not via Koala’s Wifi) the Filters section is blank. Oddly, when I load it from work it loads fine. Any ideas what might cause this?
Make sure you’re using an update-to-date browser (which one are you using?)
Make sure you are accessing the app from https://app.koalasafe.com and not a saved url.
That is differently the url. It is Chrome (auto-updated).
Make sure the url is currently expanding to https://app.koalasafe.com/1.23.12
Try reloading to clear cache.
