I have set up my koalasafe and paired the app. I cannot connect in any way to the ‘Koala’ network though with it continually showing as ‘Connected, No Internet’. Please help.
Make sure the profile has internet access enabled.
Also, are there any errors in diagnostics? (Under settings in the app)
I’ve made sure that the profile has Internet enabled and it still shows as ‘Connected, No Internet’. Also - the diagnostics shows as no issues being detected. :(

10 days down the line - koalasafe still not working and no further replies to my post. Disappointing…

Is it just the one device having issues? Are there any other parental control applications or VPN applications installed?
